What commission do you charge?
It is negotiable and agreed in writing before you sign anything. We will quote you a specific number at the free valuation — no vague percentages.
Am I locked in if I list with you?
No six-month exclusivity traps. If we are not doing a good job you can walk, and we would rather that than have you stuck with us.
What is my house worth?
We will come and tell you, free, with recent comparable sales on your street. There is no obligation to list, and plenty of people use it just for planning.
Which areas do you cover?
Fairfield, Oak Bay and James Bay only. If your property is elsewhere we will happily refer you to someone who knows that area properly.
